I love the photo so much. I can't even begin to describe how much I can relate to this. I love my home, and my family, and I had such a fantastic relationship with them, but I've moved out now. I really do love living on my own but I still miss home. This photo truly does speak to me. I understand feeling homesick, just like you've portrayed here.

I love your photography and have ever since I found you (some how) a few years ago on DA. I just never made a point of letting you know. You're one of my favorite photographers, and with your own unique style. Keep it up! :)

Thank you for your kind words, I really appreciate it particularly at this time in my life.
I feel homesick because I miss the forest there and how quiet it was and how there was not too much traffic of both people and cars. However I found this spot that kind of reminded me of home and I just did a bunch of shots there and it was so much fun. I really want to go back when I have the time. It is quite far, but that does not matter!

You're very welcome.
I know how it is to be away from a quiet home. I grew up in a small town and I had lots of space and time to myself. It's only been a couple months, and living in a city is exciting, but nothing will compare to the serenity of home.
